Aligned Action Affirmation Card Deck For Birth Workers

As doulas and birth workers, we so often pour out our energy into our clients and families, which can leave us drained and unable to separate our own experiences and leave them at the door when we enter into their birthing space. What we need is a ritual or practice that provides a safe space for us to soften our shoulders, relax our jaws, and replenish our store of energy and channel it into the birth space, leaving our own agenda at the door.

I designed this deck of affirmations specifically with birth workers in mind, and have provided inspiration for aligned actions for you to take to encourage you to put into action the work of the affirmations—because the affirmations won't take effect without aligned action spurring on the renewal of energy.

I created these cards for when you're feeling overwhelmed in your personal life, heading into a birth space, when business just feels hard, when you're not sure what to do next, or simply need a lift, all you need to do is draw one, hold it in your space for as long as you need, and take the attached action to initiate the exchange of stale energy to for a new flow in your business and birth work.
