  • Week 1: A Healthy Pregnancy & the Stages of Labor

  • Week 2: Pain Relief & Your Options in Labor

  • Week 3: Your Birth Team & Birth Preferences

  • Week 4: Postpartum, Newborn Care & Your Mental Health

Cost: $80 for you + your support person*

*Space is limited to 6 couples. Your registration fee covers the full series for you and 1 support person.
